My Story

When my child was diagnosed with ADHD, I felt lost. I searched for answers, seeking guidance from doctors, therapists, psychologists, and educators. No one told me that parent training is a gold standard, evidence-based treatment. No one explained that I had the greatest ability to shape my child’s environment, influence his self-esteem, and create a foundation for his future success. I was left to figure this out on my own, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, consumed by guilt and the weight of wanting to do everything right. I saw firsthand how my reactions—my frustration, my patience or lack of, and my ability to stay regulated or not—deeply impacted my son. And like so many parents, I worried: Am I doing enough? Am I too late?

As I dug into the research, everything clicked. I learned that ADHD is not just a child’s challenge—it’s a family challenge. And when parents receive education and support, children benefit. My own journey as a parent helped me understand that while ADHD is real and hard, it’s also navigable—with the right support, knowledge, and mindset, families can thrive. And that’s when I knew I had to share what I learned.

With a background in psychology, coaching, and decades of experience working with students and families, I founded Vive ADHD Coaching to provide the support I once needed. Today, I help parents and individuals move from overwhelm to clarity—from doubt to confidence.

Coaching with me isn’t about being perfect, it’s about becoming more effective, more connected and more grounded.

You’re not alone. You do not need to figure this out by yourself. You deserve support, and I’m here to help.
